This prestigious award will recognize our 2025 inductee, Captain Jack Hall (Retired) who, as the First African American Trooper, has shown unwavering commitment to diversity, steadfast servant leadership, mentoring and integrity in public service.

Registrations are $52 per person, which includes a 3-entrée buffet dinner, evening music and cash bar. ​
